Development of Flipbook PDF Viewer System of Office of the Attorney General Region 5

Abstract

Flipbook digital learning media were created using neurons that sense motion in the medial temporal visual area. Learning occurs when two brain cells communicate via nerve fibers, transmitting information to each other and affecting learning. The research samples included officers of the Office of the Attorney General Region 5 and the public who accessed the website of the Office of the Attorney General Region 5 Knowledge Base category using the quota sampling method. The results were based on the following research objectives: 1) Development of the Flipbook PDF Viewer system of the Office of the Attorney General Region 5 can read electronic books (E-Book) in PDF format in single-page and double-page flipping from smartphones, tablets, computers and laptops. 2) Study of the difference in satisfaction levels of target groups. It was found that the sample groups had different satisfaction with the use of the system at a statistical significance level of 0.05. 3) A study of the satisfaction of users with specific features of the system's PDF document reading type found that officers of the Office of the Attorney General Region 5 were satisfied with reading a single page with a flipping page at an average of 4.50±0.61 and reading a single page continuously at an average of 4.50±0.70. The public were satisfied to read a single page continuously, with an average of 4.24±0.76.
