Abstract

Individual career planning for visually impaired people is developed through software. It is difficult to hear the sound of reading data directly through the data recording form. Because people with disabilities will be able to hear the sound, it must occur by tapping each piece of information from the first to the last. And unable to communicate with the group or the group administrator. Therefore, the development of an individual career planning system for the visually impaired Therefore, it was developed on the LINE platform. The objectives are to: 1) enable visually impaired students to plan their individual careers. 2) Use LINE to collect information on forms to record information into sentences. Reading aloud for the visually impaired is easy. The disabled person can listen to all the information in the recording form at once via a message on LINE. And can communicate directly with the group and the group administrator. The research was conducted with a sample group of 5 people with disabilities and 1 group caregiver. The results showed that person 1 was suitable for a salesperson's career, with an average of 3.1; person 2 was suitable for a teacher's career, with an average of 3.8; and person 3 was suitable for a job. Occupation is a novel writer with an average of 3.7. Person 4 is suitable for occupation as a carpenter with an average of 4.6, and Person 5 is suitable for occupation with agriculture with an average of 3.6.
