A Google Sheet Application for Document Management of Dean Office, Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep

Abstract

A google sheet application for document management of dean office, Faculty of home Economic Technology, Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep is the introduction of application technology in the Google Drive group which is the new innovation of google to the work process. The technology is similar to Microsoft Excel. Through the web browser, the program can be filled in and calculated the data in cell without installing the program into the computer. The present study intends to develop and assess the satisfaction of A google sheet application for document management of dean office, faculty of home Economic Technology, Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep, There are 12 samples of this research, composed of 5 experts on information technology and a group of users comprised 1 faculty member of Home Economics Technology Department, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep, 1 general administration officer, and 5 personnel in the correspondence work affiliation, selected by a purposive sampling method who each had more than 8 years experience. The Method is divided into 6 stages: 1) Study the problem and feasibility 2) Design and build an application 3) Present the application 4) Create a satisfaction assessment 5) Propose an assessment 6 ) Analyze data. The result of research found that The overall satisfaction of the users of the system is at a high level. The average of 3.56 and standard deviation of 0.93 suggesting that A google sheet application for document management of dean office, Faculty of home Economic Technology, Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep to may be applied in support the tasks.
