Web Application Development for alumni relationship database system linking of Maejo University

This goal of this research is to create web applications, information systems, and a database for Maejo University alumni. The new information technology is being used to manage Maejo University’s alumni information. This study is developing a web application to collect information from Maejo University alumni while also strengthening the relationship between the Maejo University Alumni Association and Maejo University. The Web application provides information to support and facilitate Maejo alumni activities. The web application in this study was created with the ASP.NET programming language and the Microsoft SQL Server web database. Furthermore, the Sysem Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is used in this research to analyze and design the web application and development. As a result of this system development, the following occurred. There is a collection of Mae Jo alumni, namely Knowledge or innovations which is performance of Mae Jo alumni for transfer to students and Disseminate various data to Maejo alumni. The web application is divided into two parts, which are as follows: 1) The front-end was created for Maejo University in order to provide various information to Maejo University alumni, such as public relations (activities/projects/services). And 2) the back-end for staff data management. They manage the data entry into he database and the website structure, which can be accessed via the URL https://alumni_maejo.mju.ac.th. Questionnaires were used to assess user satisfaction with this system. The information was gathered from four executives, 26 Maejo University employees, and 70 people who are Maejo alumni for a total of 100 people. The average score was 3.98, with a standard deviation of 0.69. It is concluded that the Maejo University alumni web application is effective and will improve Maejo University alumni management.
