The Performance by using Decision Support Systems for the Large Scale of Agricultural Land Plot of farmers in Upper Northern Region.

The objectives of this research were to study 1) The effectiveness of decision support system for large-field rice farming systems of rice farmers in the upper northern region, 2) The relation between characteristics and information efficiency of decision support system. For the large-scale farming system of rice farmers in the upper northern region, the sample group used in this study were agricultural officials and academics, computer system specialists, farmers, students in the field of agronomy from Faculty of Agriculture, Maejo University and people who were interested in large-scale farming systems, 80 samples were used to study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, at the statistical significance level of 0 .0 5 . Tt was found that most of the samples were students in agronomy course, holding a bachelor's degree and having more than 1 0 years of working experiences. Characteristics and efficiency of decision support system for large-scale farming systems of rice farmers in the upper northern region, overall, the level was high. It was an average of 4.18 and the issue of the benefits getting from using this service was at the most level, and the average was 4.28.
