An Information System for store electronic portfolio for academic personnel and supportive staff in Higher Education Institute

Abstract

The article about Information System of electronic storage portfolio for academic personnel and supportive staff in Higher Education Institute. The purposes of this research was develop Information System of electronic storage portfolio for academic personnel and supportive staff in Higher Education Institute. The sample groups totaling 5 experts consisted of 2 expert on use, 3 experts on Information and technology. The research tool was questionnaire Information System of electronic storage portfolio for academic personnel and supportive staff in Higher Education Institute. The database was designed to facilitate data entry, searching, and reporting tasks at the documents collection center. The database, designed under Microsoft Access 2007 database program, consists of 10 tables, covering name address major, status, position. The Black Box Testing evaluation included tests as follows: 1) System Requirement Test; 2) System Requirement Test; 3) Usability Test; 4) Security Test, shows the overall rating mean of 7.37 and standard deviation of 0.62, suggesting that the information system may be applied in the electronic portfolio support the tasks.
