Abstract

Presently, the employee recruitment system has been done manually. Circular notice is used. It lacks of Database Management System. Information searching and retrieving is taken time and limited meeting of user and employees need. Therefore, database management is developed for solving the problem mentioned above. The new database management system aims for Maejo University outstanding personal selection. The new system is supposed to be accurate, fast, and easy to use and meet the needs of our employees even more effectively. The tools used to develop programs consisted of the program used in the development of information systems, Relational Database Management System, Web server used to manage data, The program used to decorate pictures. Data were analyzed using statistical method. The results of this project : Of the 4 3 service users reported satisfaction to use outstanding personal selection at the high level ( X = 3.86 SD = 0.45 ) The results of the study indicate that the Maejo University outstanding personal selection. can be used to provide and share information about outstanding personal selection in Thailand.
