บทคัดย่อ

A Google forms for reserve room , Faculty of Home Economic Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep is the introduction of application technology in the new google forms to the work process. The technology is similar to through web browser, the program can manage the data without installing the program into the computer. This research aims to study and assess the satisfaction of a google forms for reserve room, Faculty of Home Economic Technology ,Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep The samples of group comprised of 2 users on information technology, 1 Faculty of Home Economic technology ,Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep administrators selected by a purposive sampling method who each had more than 8 years experience, 3 General Administration Officer, Correspondence Work. 4 Personnel in the Affiliation. All totaling 10 users . The Method is divided into 6 stages: 1) Study the problem and feasibility 2 ) Design and build an application 3 ) Present the application 4 ) Create a satisfaction assessment 5 ) Propose an assessment 6 ) Analyze data. The data was analyzed using the arithmetic mean and standard deviation .The result of research found that All personnels are satisfied with the program because the process of the program satisfaction of users was validated at a “high” level.
