The three- key successes of E- Commerce are good service, promptly solving problem and promotion which attract customers staying with system in long term. Online bookstore and book chat real-time system is a web application which community system and chat system are included. Members are able to share their attitudes or interests in the community part while chat part is served to communicate in real- time between members and admin for answering any enquiries. It was developed by Vue.js and Firebase, which used Firebase Cloud Firestore to collect documents working as the database. Online bookstore and book chat real- time system support three groups of users: General user group can register, search or browse books by category, and read threads or comments from members. Member groups can log in, search or browse books by category, select books to the basket, buy books, pay by telegraphic transfer, check products status, converse with admin by chatting, and create threads or comments. Admin group can manage books by adding, deleting, and editing books. In addition, the admin group can also manage sales, manage members, and converse with users by chatting. The efficiency of the system is evaluated by users from each group in terms of functionality and facilitation. The average satisfied value score of the whole system is at 4.63 from 5.00
