ระบบแจ้งซ่อมคอมพิวเตอร์ สาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม

บทคัดย่อ

This research aim to development maintenance system for information technology department in Rajabhat Mahasarakham university. It is developed by PHP language, Visual studio code and Microsoft SQL Server database management. For analysis and design system use the system development life cycle or SDLC, use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram and class diagram to design the database and the site map of web application. The results of the system found that the web application consists of 3 main parts: 1) the front end part for lecturers and students to request for maintenance 2) the front end part for leader to read report and 3) the back end part for the administrator who manage the content of the system, the database and web appication. The user show in satisfaction with notify the maintenance system for information technology department at a highest level.
