บทคัดย่อ

The objectives of this study were 1) to establish a management support system and information services, by reducing the time, increasing the accuracy and up to date information for preparing the personal budget requests. In addition, it is supported for management's decision-making comprehensively 2) to present the reports of information, such as preparation of information for personal individual budget requests to other departments within MaeJo University. It is reducing the burden time and redundancy of university data storage comprehensivel and 3) to survey the satisfaction of information service users towards the use of supporting system for preparing human resource budget requests in MaeJo University. The study was conducted by administrators and personnel in various departments and personnel in the department of Mae Jo University, 1,696 people. The sample was 324 people. The tool used for data collection was structured questionnaires through 2 channels: 1) questionnaire distribution (offline). 2) Online questionnaires. The data were analyzed by using a statistical program. The statistics used for data analysis are: Descriptive statistics (frequency, mean, percentage and standard deviation). The results of the study showed that the majority of users of MaeJo University who used web regarding to the supporting of the preparation of human resource budget requests were 90.7% of academic supporting stuffs. In addition, 9.3% were academic staffs. The study showed that the satisfaction of the website users, the information database system, was the database issue and used 80.4% of the benefits to personal used and the organization used effectively. 80 % is concerned about the up to date inform on the website. 79.8% is concerned about the security and the permission and access right. Overall, the users of the website service suggested that they would like to have more channel for the optional. In addition, the variety of up to date news and information are need to be shown on the database and websites.
