The Development of Time Attendance and Task Distribution System for Personnel of Undefinded Co., Ltd

Abstract

This research study aims 1) to develop a Time Attendance and Task Distribution System for Personnel of Undefinded Co., Ltd., 2) test the system’s to analyzing Time Attendance and Task Distribution System for Personnel of Undefinded Co., Ltd. The system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and implemented as a web application using JavaScript. The system's efficiency was evaluated through Black Box Testing and White Box Testing. Additionally, 20 information technology experts assessed the system using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The statistical methods used for data analysis included mean and standard deviation. The research findings revealed that 1) the developed system enables employees to create and allocate tasks from anywhere and anytime. Managers and executives can immediately view an overview of projects, facilitating systematic project data management, which makes it easier and faster to search for past and present project information, meeting user needs accurately. The system testing results demonstrated that the system could accurately and efficiently analyze time-tracking and task allocation. 2) The satisfaction evaluation of the system showed an overall average score of 7.92 out of 10, indicating a good level of satisfaction. The system's usability scored an average of 7.55, meeting the set targets. Additionally, the system allows executives to analyze user data and generate reports to effectively evaluate costs.
