Abstract

The goal of the savings cooperative personnel management system is to develop an efficient personnel management system in savings cooperatives, including simplifying the collection of various documents because, under the old system, all data was stored in an Excel file, which decreased the efficiency of document searches in the personnel management process in savings cooperatives without linking the personnel management system in the savings cooperative with other systems in the cooperative. We developed a cooperative system and collected data from a sample of employees in Samut Songkhram Province savings cooperatives by collecting medical expense information, reimbursement of child tuition assistance, overtime employee salary balance, additional and deductible amounts of employees, bonus amounts, late arrivals, employee absenteeism, and connecting the developed system to other systems. The system had been experimenting since June through November 2022, and it was found that the system can handle: 1) welfare work (medical expenses, child tuition, and working overtime); 2) salaries and bonuses and 3) recording time attendance out of work (employees are late and absent from work) efficiently.
