A Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Technology Leadership of School Administrators in Office of The Basic Education Commission

The purposes of this research were to analyze the factors of an of Technology Leadership of school administrators and to examine the goodness of fit of hypothesis model with the empirical data. The study was divided into 2 stages as follows. The first stage was to develop model, done through an analysis of relevant papers and researches, experts’ interview. The second stage was to verify of model concordance. The data was gathered by using questionnaire rating scales. Its discrimination value was between 0.38 to 0.66 and its entire reliability coefficient of .89. The samples were 400 directors and teachers in office of the basic education commission School, during academic year 2018, which were selected by multi-stage random sampling. Statistics used in the data analysis were confirmatory factors analysis. The results of this presented revealed that: the factors of Technology Leadership of school administrators is 1. Use technology in teaching and learning 2. Use technology in administration 3. Use technology to measure and evaluate and 4. Use technology with morality. The developed model has goodness-of-fit with the empirical data with the statistics as follows: (X2= 52.01, p-value = 0.92, df = 68, X2/df = 0.76, RMSEA = 0.00, GFI = 0.98, AGFI = 0.97) When considered the coefficient of factor loadings ranking from the highest to the lowest were the Use technology to measure and evaluate, Use technology in administration, Use technology in teaching and learning, and Use technology with morality.
