Abstract

Durable and asset management with google application for Dean office Faculty of home Economic Technology, Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep is the introduction of application technology in the google Drive group which is the new innovation of google to the work process.. The technology is similar to Microsoft Excel. Through the web browser, the program can be filled data in and calculated the data in cell without installing the program into the computer. The purpose of this research were to study and and validate the efficiency durable and asset management with google application for Dean office Faculty of home Economic Technology, Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep .The samples of this study were divided into 2 groups as follows. They were 1) 5 experts in information system development, 5 experts in durable and asset and a group of 4 users. The program was designed in facilitate data entry, searching and reporting tasks at a durable and asset . The database designed under google sheets .The black box testing evaluation method. The overall evaluation result for durable and asset management with google application for Dean office Faculty of home Economic Technology, Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep shows the overall rating mean of 3.59 and standard deviation of 0.68, which means that google sheet for durable and asset management may be applied in durable and asset to support the tasks.
