A Google forms for car reservation in higher education institute Case study Faculty of Home Economic Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep

Abstract

Google Forms is the introduction of application technology in the google drive group which is the new innovation of google that can create a questionnaire and without installing the program into the computer. The purpose of research were 1) to develop a google forms for car reservation in higher education institute, Faculty of Home Economic Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep. 2) to evaluate a google forms for car reservation in higher education institute, Faculty of Home Economic Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep. 3) to evaluate the satisfaction of a google forms for car reservation in higher education institute, Faculty of Home Economic Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep.The samples under research were divided into 2 group. These group were 1) a group of 10 system development experts and ,2 ) a group of users comprised of 2 university administrators, 1 staff of vehicles unit and 5 general administration officer, The overall a sample 18 person. Google Forms was designed in facilitate data entry, searching and reporting tasks at a google forms for car reservation. The database designed with google forms by testing with black box testing method. The results showed that a google forms for car reservation in higher education institute, Faculty of Home Economic Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep are comprised of 4 parts of main. namely admin ,user, certifier and executive.The efficiency of a google forms for car reservation in higher education institute, Faculty of Home Economic Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep. The results showed that the opinions was at a satisfactory level ( X = 3.62, S.D. = 0.72) and the overall satisfaction of the users was at a positive level ( X = 3.92, S.D. = 0.77).
