Google doc system for a collaborative document management Dean office, Faculty of home Economic Technology ,Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep is a powerful tool. Collaboration usually can be done by attaching documents to e-mail and sending them to collaborators. By using Google Docs, one needs to have only one copy of document which is kept in the web. To collaborate, Administrator needs to create a Google document and invite others as collaborators. The document owner needs to allocate tasks to collaborators so that each of the collaborators knows which part they are supposed to contribute. This research aims 1 ) to study google docs as a useful collaborating document for Dean office, Faculty of home Economic Technology, Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep 2) to assess satisfaction Google Docs as a useful collaborating document for Dean office Faculty of home Economic Technology, Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep. There are 12 samples of this research, composed of 5 experts oninformation technology and a group of users comprised 1 faculty member of Home Economics Technology Department, Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep, 1 general administration officer, and 5 personnel in the correspondence work affiliation. The research methodology consisted of six phases: 1) Study document Management System 2) Study google documents Manual 3) Study you Tube video tutorials on How to Work with Google Documents 4) Literature Review 5) Experiment with google documents 6) Present an assessment form 7 ) Analyze the data according to the satisfaction assessment criteria. The overall satisfaction of the users of the system is at a high level.The average of 3.70 and standard deviation of 0.60, suggesting that Google doc system for a collaborative document management Dean office, Faculty of home Economic Technology ,Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep may be applied to support the tasks.
