Abstract

The article about The development of Information System for storing leave data and work time in Higher Education Institute. The purposes of this research was develop Information System for storing leave data and work time in Higher Education Institute. The sample groups were 5 experts in Information and technology. The research tool was questionnaire the development of Information System for storing leave data and work time in Higher Education Institute .The database was designed to facilitate data entry, searching, and reporting tasks at the documents collection center. The database, designed under Microsoft Access 2007 database program, consists of 8 tables, covering Vacation leave, Personal leave, Maternity leave, Family Responsibility Leave, Bereavement Leave, Study Leave, Marriage Leave, Paternity Leave, Ordination Leave, Military Service Leave, Record Work Time. The Black Box Testing evaluation method was used to evaluate the performance and utility of the information system. The overall evaluation result for rating mean of 7.21, suggesting that the information system may be applied in the leave Control data and time Recorder support the tasks.
