บทคัดย่อ

The article about Information System for store financial document in Higher Education Institute: Case study Dean office Faculty of home Economic Technology Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep. The purposes of this research was develop Information System for store financial document in Higher Education Institute. An Information System was in the form of databases. The database was designed to facilitate data entry, searching, edit data and accurate reports The database, designed under Microsoft Access 2007 database program, consists of nine tables, covering project, purchase approval, overtime compensation, Wages and construction . The Black Box Testing evaluation method was used to evaluate the performance and utility of the information system. The overall expert opinions at a good level ( X = 7.37, S.D. = 0.62), suggesting that the information system may be applied in the financial document support the tasks.
