สมนึก สินธุปวน, Rattikorn Jinakas, Part Pramokchon, Alongkot Gongmanee, Somnuek Sinthupuan, Abstract:, The objectives of this research are 1) to develop an hourly leave system for, companies with limited staff, 2) to compare the results between full-day, hourly, leave systems, 3) to enhance project efficiency. The system was developed using, Visual Studio Code for programming, Firebase for database management, incorporating essential functions such as hourly leave request submission, manager, approval processes for hourly leave, real-time leave status tracking. The study, specifically targeted 12 full-time employees involved in six core projects (totaling 50, personnel, with some employees assigned to multiple projects) in direct information, technology development roles. The research findings revealed that 1) the developed, hourly leave system reduced absenteeism rates from 34% (, out of 50 employees), to just 12, % (equivalent to 6, lost workdays) while maintaining employee, flexibility, improving workforce availability; 2) when comparing full-day, hourly, leave systems, hourly leave reduced productivity loss by 62, % compared to the, full-day system, with Project 4 (previously experiencing 100% absenteeism under the, old system) showing clear benefits from the new approach, though Project 2 still had, a 31, % absenteeism rate, indicating room for further improvement;, 3) in terms, of project efficiency enhancement, the system helped address staffing gaps in teams, with high leave rates (Projects 1
